How we produce Value for Money assessments

How we produce Value for Money assessments

Copia have worked hard to be able to demonstrate that your model portfolio represents good value for money. We wanted this assessment to be as objective as possible and rigorous enough that it would be beyond reproach.

Copia examines a wide range of features in addition to the obvious indicators of performance and cost. In examining between 24 and 30 features for each model portfolio, we ensure the assessment takes account of all the benefits and any detriments to your clients. Each of these factors is then scored as above, in line with, or below the level of service provided by other DFM services, based on industry-standard external benchmarks.

Extra weighting is then placed on the features such as cost and performancethat have potentially the biggest impact on the achievement of your clients’ investment outcome.

The total score is then compared with the number of features measured, or ‘scoring opportunities’, to establish whether the model portfolio is overall above peers and represents value for money (Green), in line with peers and provides some value for money (Amber), or limited value for money (Red).

Copia has worked hard to ensure that the ‘Green’ conclusion of your assessment represents a robust analysis of the good Value for Money delivered by your Copia model portfolio.

We trust that this gives you comfort that your Copia model portfolio is helping your clients achieve their financial objectives.
